Hi all, my name is Mike, I've been lurking for a while and i have learned a lot. Im going to start my first brew really soon. I'm going to brew the Irish red ale extract kit from NB. I wish I would have know it wasn't necessary to use a secondary, i wouldn't have bought the deluxe kit, but I'm sure i will use it eventually. Thanks everyone.
