Thanks Pappers! I think I will try a Stout to be ready for St Patricks day. I was also thinking about doing a Pale Ale sort of like Sierra Nevada.

Two great choices, both are high-flavor, average strength beers which is a good combination for new brewers.

I've got a Pale Ale dry hopping now, it needs to be bottled today or tomorrow. And my next beer to brew is a Stout! Coincidence?!?!
