Hello everyone! I'm Jon. I live in West Lafayette, In. I've always loved beer and wine but I've never brewed before but I've decided I'm going to start. I'm taking it easy at first. I've just completed my first batch of Federweißer yesterday. The first big batch I plan to make is 2.5 gallon of Edwort's Apfelwein w/ brown sugar instead of dextrose. Then I think a nice batch of my family's tomato wine. Here to happy brewing!
