I joined this forum to learn how to brew. I'm hoping that I can find or make most of the equipment myself rather than buying a kit. So far I know almost nothing so I will be doing a lot of reading here. I really like the idea of being able to control exactly what goes in my beer, the water and all the ingredients. Can't wait to get started!
