Been homebrewing since 2006. Have NOT gotten into all-grain. Don't want to spend that much time on it and I've been really happy with the beer I produce using extract. About to do an 18 gallon batch with my buds. Got a new 15 gallon megapot so gonna boil 12 gallons and ferment in three 6 gallon buckets. Kind of a tame brew. We're shootin for a Spotted Cow clone. Something the Lite beer drinkers and the ladies might also partake in. Gonna do a 5 gallon Russian Imperial shortly after for personal consumption:)

Welcome to the forum, from Minnesota!

Can't go wrong with a Spotted Cow clone, it's a great gateway craft beer for BMC drinkers. I had the opportunity to visit New Glarus last month, and brought home a mix & match case. Enjoying their Oktoberfest as I speak.

Cheers!
