Height for Mash Lauter Tun

I'm moving my operation out of the kitchen and into the garage because I recently picked up a Blichmann burner with legs.

I also just fitted my kettle with a ball valve and side pickup tube.

Since I no longer have the advantage of high counters, how high off the ground do you think I'll need to have my cooler Lauter ton to get a good sparge?

Also do I have enough gravity working for me to take advantage of the ball valve and side pickup tube? I typically empty my cooler into a bucket before returning the runnings to my boil kettle. Thanks!

You just need the bottom of the MLT above the highest point of your collection vessel and gravity will take care of the rest. Or, put your MLT on the ground so you can sparge into it from an elevated HLT and then buy a pump and push the runnings from the MLT up to the BK so you don't have to concern yourself with the risks of burn or back strain from lifting a kettle full of 160 degree wort.
