I tried a recipe for a Hefty Braggot which i got out of the book "The Complete Mead Maker". I have had this fermenting for about 4 weeks now and just racked it to secondary last night (7/14/11). I took a gravity reading while doing this and noticed that it was about 1.018, which is the recommended final gravity for this recipe. My concern is that it is still fementing and i was wondering if i should try and stop fermentation or just kinda let it do its thing. Any help would be appreciated considering im still new at all of this.
