Just took a look at the yeast washing sticky and thought it would be a good idea to start doing this with some of the yeasts.

Every month or so I've been doing a very simple Hefeweizen.... Just 6 pounds wheat dme, 1lb caramel 20L, and WL 300 I believe is the strain I've been using. I ordered the yeast in a bulk and never knew of washing.... Now can this be done with this particular yeast and is that all I will need or am I still going to have to order more of it for the batch?

If you wash your yeast properly you should be able to use one batch of yeast for one batch of beer. I just started washing my yeast 2 batches ago. I still make a yeast starter to wake the yeast up again and to increase the cell count. The batch that I made with the washed yeast had a 3 hour lag time for WLP380 Hefeweizen IV.
