Hi everyone. I tasted this great ale during my weekend at London. I really liked it. Anyway, i cant find this ale in my city (not very big and too far from england, heh) so i just tried to find a recipes of it, but all i found, was recipes with speshial equipement wich i haven't got. People cooked ale without special stuffs in the past, so, maybe you know any recipe too brew it at home, using big pan.
P.S. sry for my English. I'm just trying to learn it :) :mug:

decoction 30% mash (15 min a 100°C)

Boiling 60 min
