The guys at the Sanford store are cool dudes. You may also want to check out Urban Sunshine: http://www.urbansunshine.com

They have 4 locations and started selling brewing supplies in addition to organic and hydroponic gardening supplies. The Altamonte Springs location is more stocked than the other locations although they can usually bring any needed items to the other locations in a couple of days. The Altamonte store also gives out free samples of their hombrew they make in store and they said eventually the other locations will be giving out samples also! :rockin:

Another alternative is Homebrew Beer & Wine in New Smyrna Beach. They have a decent supply of equipment and alot of Brewer's Best Extract Kits. I wasn't into AG at the time so I didn't bother looking for any grain.

Definately +1 this. Gary and Aaron have always had time to help out whether you are new at this or have experience. They have spent hours going over recipe builds with me.

I have also been to Heart's once, and had the same experience everyone else has. The guy behind the counter seemed to think of me as a nuisance and would not help build a recipe at all. I'm surprised they have been in business as long as they have.
