What is it?

I just used a batch in my graff and it worked an absolute treat - 1 packet in 3 gallons.

I still haven't been able to get ahold of any, but but I have heard good things about Kreamyx heading powder

I used it on a NB Dry Stout kit I brewed a while back and it worked good. I kegged the batch and let it carb with just Kreamyx. I am not sure it had much more mouth feel or head retention than with just regular priming sugar.
