The dryer room is about 30 feet across, over 100 feet long, and 34 inches deep. And they fill it completely.

Once the hops are dried, they get dumped down 1 story and sit for a couple of days to equalize the moisture content.

That pile is 6 feet high, 10 feet wide and 30 feet long. And there's another one at the other end.
 
That's a 200# bale of Cascades that the owner was letting us dig out of.
This was at Mike Gooding Farms, in Wilder, Idaho. Mike is very gracious and accommodating to us home brewers. His farm produces about 1,000,000 pounds of hops per season. (6 weeks)
