Well, I've been brewing around a year now...I've taken some batches up to work for inspection. My latest brew is the best I have done by far. It is an APA. It taste so good to me, I would easily by it from the store. I can't just have one. My other batches, all 'pretty' good, but this I feel is great.
Everyone at work LOVED this brew and finished off a few growlers so that made my day.
Anyway, I wanted to thank everyone on here. This form rocks, and has easily been the best source for improving my brewing. Greatest board on the net and that is not an overstatement. BREW ON!
