Which Pliny do you have? How much HT are you looking to get?
 
2:3 is usually more common, but it all depends on the prices for both if you're doing a $4$ trade. I've seen Pliny for as much as $8/bottle and Heady for as much as $4 a can. Those aren't the norm though.
