I just bottled my second batch earlier today, maybe about 6 hours ago the last cap was put on. I'm putting everything away and just out of curiosity squeezed two of my plastic bottles and they felt firm already, I opened and recapped them, shook them up and from the gas released from that alone they were firm again... I bottled some in glass bottles which is a first for me and I'm slightly concerned about bottle bombs going off in my apartment, I know my roommate would not like that waking her up...
I boiled 1/2 cup of corn sugar in about 2 cups of water, which is LESS than Palmer suggests...
Do I need to worry if the bottles already seem carbed? or is that all going to dissolve into solution over time?
