I'm looking at getting an induction plate but looking to go cheap since even the $300 Mai's have reviews stating failures after a fairly short time. I found this one made by Cuisunyo on Amazon for like half the price at $151.98. Has anyone tried it or does anyone have any input for why or why not to get it? Thanks guys. I looked at it yesterday. Read the review that said it kept automatically shutting off as an overheating safety feature. If I pick one up this winter, I think I'll just spend a little more and go with the more reviewed model.
Yeah I only picked it up because it was used like new through Amazon with fulfillment so I can get an easy return if it's no good. I kept seeing bad reviews about Mais and Avantcos breaking down quickly too.. Maybe they're all just selling us junk, lol.
