Okay, so I ordered some of the misc. supplies that I need to brew a blood orange hefe except I forgot to order yeast:confused:

Is there a commercial hefe out there that I can harvest dregs from? I would rather pay for a six pack than pay for shipping again...
 
Try Sierra Nevada Kellerweis. I know it has been successfully bottle harvested. You want German Hefe yeast correct?

Yeah, I wish someone would open one. The winery outlet in the mall has a few things (mostly wine-making, but I can get a carboy or siphoning equip in a pinch), but brewing equipment and supply sends you toward philly.

It sucks...
