I was struggling to figure out how much yeast I was getting from washing the primary trub. I've seen some of the guides but I still have to measure what I've collected. Anyway I thought I'd just compare a rehydrated & col crashed 11g dry pack (Safale S05) vs what I got from a 3gal batch with Nottingham. I realize everyone's collection results will be different but this was a great little experiment for me to get a handle on both how clean (color) and how much yeast I am able to get. FWIW, my quantity has been pretty consistent. These are 1 pint jars.

Yes, sorry. New single packet Safale S05 on the right, harvested Nottingham from 3gal batch on the left (from a Pale 1.063OG)
 
That looks about what I harvested this last time from a 2.5 gallon batch of Oktoberfest ale, Nottingham as well.
