Cant speak much to the brew your trying to clone. Havent had it.

I have tried making beer with all two row and some crystal as you seem to be planning on doing. I have tried it twice and didnt like the results. Couldve been my mash temp or schedule, but, whatever..

I would drop 2-4 lbs of two row and subsitute it with vienna.

Ive mad a similiar brew with 12 lbs of two row and 3 lbs of vienna and 1 lb of crystal.

6 ounces of centennial went into that batch, came out very well.

Have you tried to brew this beer? I am looking into cloning it right now and I am curious what you thought about it if you did this. I think I need to pick up a 4-pack of this to try it again because my memory is a bit rusty (been drinking a lot of big stouts and barleywines lately, thanks Founders and Great Divide :drunk:)

I have a different hop schedule than you, but pretty much the same otherwise. You don't seem to have any aroma hopping in there.

Hop Schedule
1.5oz Chinook 60 mins
1oz Simcoe 30 mins
1.5oz Amarillo 8 mins
0.5oz Centennial 8 mins

dryhops 1oz each Amarillo, Simcoe, Centennial for 1 week.

This is for a 5gal batch
