To preface this recipe, I will say that I am not a purist. I like easy drinking brew that I can enjoy less a one month. The problem is, I do not have the equipment to brew a beer. I have made a couple of ciders, skeeter pee, and a hard lemonade recipe. I liked the hard lemonade recipe because it was quick and easy, cheap and tasty. I had an extra half of lemonade concentrate, so I decided to do basically the same thing with some concentrated fruit juice and my extra lemonade. Here's what I have for a one gallon experiment:
2 Cans of Frozen Wildberry Punch Concentrate
0.5 Cans of Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
1.75 Cups Granulated Sugar
1 Lalvin EC-1118 Packet (hydrated)
1/4 TSP Pectic Enzyme
1/2 TSP Wine Tanin
1 TSP Yeast Nutrient
1/2 TSP Yeast Energizer
x Water (enough to make one gallon with other ingredients)
OG = 1.077
Started on 11/10. I will update when I rack.

I always use atleast 4 cans of concentrate per gallon. adds more flavor,
but YMMV!!!!
