So I have read every thread and recipe for hard lemonade on the web and I still cant find the answer I need. I brew beer all the time and decided to try this for something different.
Right now I have a batch fermenting. The original Gravity is 1.078
what I need to know is
When Do I stop it fermenting, what gravity?
any estimate on how long it will take?
I dont understand Campden or sorbate. which do I use to stop fermentation and at what gravity?
Am I supposed to put more sugar in after i stop fermentation?
if so, what kind?
and do I add it to taste, or is there a amount?
