Let me run this by y'all (lol)since everyone here seems to know something .
Just a guy with 20 apple trees and looking for good uses.

6 gal apple cider -added camden tablets-waited 30hrs
moved to carboy and added lalvin ec-1118 yeast, 3 tsp yeast energizer
OG-1032@72 put away for 24 days then racked-SG reading 1002
no-lol should it have a taste ?
 
What variety of apples did you use? Also your starting gravity is pretty low.
I don't start making cider until the begging/middle of October, the early varieties aren't that good for taste. The 1118 wine yeast will make a dry cider with very little flavor, especially fermented fast. Get variety of mid season apples that will yield a juice at least 1.050.
A mix of sweet and tart is best. Put the apples in boxes or onion bags and let them sit for 2-4 weeks before pressing if the climate is cool. If you want more apple flavor, use WL007 english ale yeast and ferment in the low 60's. Don't add yeast nutrient, let it ferment slowly.
