THE WORLD IS OUT OF HOPS, EVERYONE FREAK OUT!!! I stopped by my LHBS this afternoon, and noticed that they had quite a stock available, so i stocked up a little bit. there prices are a little high anyway, but they haven't gone up any. i also put an order in with freshops.com. i've always been interested in using fresh hops so i thought i'd give it a try. does anyone know how to compensate for using fresh hops? can i freeze these hops when i get them? i'll be sending an email with these questions to the company but i figured i'd throw it out there.
