Hey All!
Just a general post about the new year of brewing ahead of us. My buddy and I are having our second annual "Brew Year's Day" tomorrow where we spend the first day of the new year brewing up some tasty treats. We've got an IPA and a Belgian Dubbel on the schedule.
What's everyone else cooking up as their first batch of 2015? Any techniques you are looking to build on?
