Once upon a time there was an engineer
Choo Choo Charlie was his name, we hear.
He had an engine and he sure had fun
He used Good & Plenty candy to make his train run.
Charlie says "Love my Good & Plenty!"
Charlie says "Really rings my bell!"
Charlie says "Love my Good & Plenty!"
Don't know any other candy that I love so well!

Happy Birthday!!

Happy Birthday Rhoobarb!

And speaking of football, I bet against my team today. I took the Patriots over against the Steelers.

Darn - me too!

Happy B-day! I was gone all weekend. We'll have to make sure to sing to you on Friday!

I'll vouch for you. I was in the chatroom Saturday night, and you were definitely "gone".

Oh ya, forgot I even stopped by. I did a LOT of research over the weekend.

Thanks, everybody! Just now saw this b/c I was not logged on all weekend. I did most of my celebrating on Saturday since Sunday's are, well... Sundays.

Friday night my fiancee took me shopping at the hardware store for ideas on dressing up my keezer conversion - ways to make it look 'classy and polished' and to get some pricing. Earlier that day I had just bought a bunch of stuff from Northern Brewer to complete the conversion. Saturday, she took me shopping for lighted curio cabinets for my collection of logo'd pint classes (which will sit next to the keezer).

Saturday night she took me to dinner at Flossmoor Station. Had an excellent chicken tortellini dish paired with a Pumpkin Ale, then hung out in the bar. Had their two bourbon barrel aged beers - a brown ale and a wee heavy - and their Kind Ale IPA. That stuff was so good, we took a growler home with us.

She made apricot chicken yesterday and the obligitory cake & ice cream yesterday. All in all, a great weekend.
