bottled up my 2nd brew, a "Good Cheer Christmas Beer" today and things just went so smooth compared to my first batch! read a whole mess of threads on here about bottling and priming sugar etc... i just wanted to thank anyone who ever contributed there expertise and knowledge to this site. shes got a nice taste & color to her and i think the red caps make a nice touch. my next step is to become a Supporting Member of this very cool place!
