For those of you that brew more than 5gs a batch, what do you keg into? I am using corneys right now but I only brew 5 gallons batches. Do I use multiple corneys after 5g or is there another system I can use?

The larger batches are simply that...larger. There's not much more work to doing 10 gals than 5...just larger equipment.

The beer is split into 2 cornies. ;)

I made 3 - 5 gal batches of a brew earlier this year. One of them tasted a little different and the FG was like 0.001 different so I blended all three.

I racked 1.5 gal from each carboy into the bottling bucket and racked it into the kegs. I did this 3 times.

Then I emptied each carboy and split what was left between the 3 kegs again. Afterwards all 3 tasted the same. ;)

multiple corneys or a corney + bottles. Sometimes it's just cool to bottle a few of whatever I'm kegging, even if i'm only making 5 gallons.

Yeah, as said above.. I do 10g batches. 1 batch = 2 buckets = 2 starters (or packets of yeast) = 2 corneys. Works great! I force carb one keg and naturally carb the second while I drink the first.

I ferment my 10 gallon batches in Sanke kegs, then rack to two Cornies. I used to brew five gallon batches, and bottle. But now I just keg, and if I need a few bottles, I do so from the keg. I'm still trying to get the supply before the demand, so when I do, it'll be easy to carb both Cornies at once. Maybe I'll be able to get the supply/demand thing in the right order this summer.
