Growler Filling

Any types on growler filling.. I have the growler filling tube that you connect to a tapper but when ever I go to fill the growler I can't get it full with out making a huge mess.. Any types would be wonderful. Thank you in advance.

I throw the growlers in the freezer to get them as cold as I can then drop the pressure on the keg to just a few PSI, bleed it off the keg too. Filling slowly and with low pressure into a cold vessel works for me. Make sure to fill from the bottom as well, I press the tube to the bottom myself.
