Anyone up for a split on a Fawcett Crystal Rye, sounds delicious..

I'll buck for the bag just don't want 50lbs to experiment with... Anyone have experience with this malt that can chime in an opine?

After ylpaul fills his NS (would you mind updating when your order fills) I'll take splits on mine, also I might add another variety leaning towards pacific gem or jade

11 lbs Nelson Sauvin
4 - Neopol
2 - Demon
1 - TheBreweryUnderground
1 - Grinch
2 - Starman
1 - SpacemanSpiff

0- remaining

11 lbs NZ Pacific Jade.
Moved to page 10 for count

Ok so my Nelson Sauvin order is full. I'm out of town right now but I'll post the list of who is buying and what quantities when I get back. Thanks everyone.

what happened to that 2000 pound tote of 2-row you were talking about ordering? :D Also, Chaos cant get you hops?

SWMBO happened, though probably a good decision! I also just signed up on the site but haven't gotten my confirmation yet. Not sure how much I'm getting but I had a party last night that killed nearly 3 kegs, I need to brew more! I also need some coffee...

Neopol, I'd be in for a pound of the NS if there's still some available on your split.

Still need to check what grains I need.

I just updated my order. Is that something that you, as administrator needs to be made aware of? Or can I keep editing and it will not be trouble for you?

you can keep increasing or decreasing your order and everything including
pricing updates automatically. nothing is required of me during the ordering phase. I fricking love ghoti's program!

How about 10/5 for orders? Should have quote and everyones money in the bank by 10/15 for delivery later that week.

Tentatives once ylpaul confirms his order
2 - Demon
1 - TheBreweryUnderground
1 - Grinch

Put me down for 2# NS.

As for the crystal rye, I've found it to be one you want to limit. I got 10# or so of Simpsons from Two Brothers and really any more than 1# per 5 gallon batch is too much 'wang'. If memory serves, that 40% centennial / simcoe rye pa you tasted last buy probably had 1/2# / 5gal.

That said, I'd be willing to do a quarter sack or so.

Bill, do you foresee yourself having any ball-lock corny kegs for sale at pick up this time? If so, how much are you looking to get for them?

I will see if I can get some more ball lock cornies for the pick up. Thanks for asking.

How much are the cornies? I may be interested in a few depending on price.

it depends on if I can get them and how much they will charge me. They are getting harder and harder to find. I'll inquire next week and let everyone know.

Just wanted to comment here since I have everybody's attention, I brewed a beer that my wife actually liked and asked for a glass of. That never happens!

I'm still waiting for that to happen! And yes I will post a update about the NS hops when I get back in town.
