PW here. I first wanted to thank all the folks who offer all their hard earned knowledge to the rest of us! I used to be a member on this forum back when I brewed quite a bit. I took about a 5 year vacation from it and am just now getting back in. I have only done extract brews because that is the equipment I have. I'd like to move to BIAB some time in the near future.
Brewing, for me, is similar to reloading ammunition for my rifles. It really makes you learn everything about how it all works with each other. Also, if you mess up in one spot slightly it can have a domino effect down the line.
I'm excited to get back into making my own beer and trying out some new things along the way.
