Hello everyone. Excited to start learning. It took me 3 tries and 2 email accounts before I was allowed to register, but hey better late than never! I have a one gallon batch going so I’ll be posting some “help me” posts after searching the archives for things that have been asked a million times, but I always need reassurance that I’m going the right direction.
