Hello everybody, fairly new Brewer here. I've got 5 batches under my belt so far. Just bottled my most recent batch today. And my capper broke halfway through. Good thing I had some empty growlers around. I enjoy camping, brewing, and making custom beer tap handles.

Hello and welcome. You'll find lots of great info here. Read all you can and ask questions. I always bottle a few in plastic soda bottles. When they get hard, you know they are carbed up. They may to bottle condition a bit more though. You will get a mixed reaction to bottling in growlers.
Brew on,
Tom

Nice tap handles! You'll find a lot of tinkers on here amongst the brewers, wine makers, etc. Good excuse to get a bench capper now! I like my Super Agata! :mug:
