Hello, my name is Matt.
I am a graduate student and live in Western NY.
I was introduced to homebrewing by a good friend who does 5-gallon homebrewing. I live in a small apartment and don't have too much free time but really enjoyed working on a brew!
So, for Christmas I got a 1-gallon brew kit from Austin Homebrew but someone bought me a 5-gallon recipe...
I need some help with my first brew. I have a few questions.
