Hi,
I'm in Redmond, WA (USA).
I just tried my hand at making cider a week ago. I also think I might have scr!@#$ it up, so I'll search here, and maybe post a request for help on the beginners forum if I don't find the answer.
I'll also likely try brewing some beer at some point, but for now cider is interest #1. I'll also try mead in 2016 most likely.
