Hi everyone! I am new to brewing so... Thank you for all of the wonderful brew content within your posts. I am currently brewing 1 gal cider batches to find my favorite mix. I'm focusing on berry mixes that are all half apple. My inspiration is the Crispin Blackberry Pear :) I have bottled 2 of my 6 batches and they are carbing... cant wait!
