I am a brand new brewer (from Texas) living in Virginia Beach. I was having a hard time finding beers I liked, and one of my buddies was brewing a batch of mead. He suggested I try making my own. Many google searches later, I have 2 gallons of mead,3 gallons of apfelwein and two gallons of cherry wine in my secondary fermenters, plus 5 gallons of a Belgian Tart Cherry Ale in the primary. I might have hit the hobby a little hard
