So, i'm a Dutchie and a homebrewer for about 6 months now.
Over that time, i have come up with some pretty decent beers, of which i am considering at least 2 to brew again; a Porter and a Strong Blonde/Tripel.
I'm brewing in a 25 liter kettle (mashing and boiling), with a Bazooka filter and a 1/2" ball valve, and ferment in a bucket.
Cooling is done with a homemade emmersion cooler.
Hoping to get some ideas and answers to my questions out of the forum, as well as some recipes. Although i'm more inclined to making my own
