Not necessarily a n00b to brewing, but have done far less than I would have liked over the past 10 years or so...I guess that does make me a n00b...hellz, no, I'm too OLD to be a n00b...
Anyway...wanted to say hello to all...I'm just relaxing (sort of...getting ready to try kegging...arrgghh!!!), not worrying (DW) and actually having a glass of wine (I don't HAHB right now...double arrrggghhh!!!)
Nice to find this site with all the varied interests...now if I could just find a reliable place to fill a CO2 tank and get some raw milk (CHEEEEEEEZ!!!) in the Bellevue NE area, I'd be golden...getting an 'eezer' delivered for my new 'keezer' and away I'll go...
