Hey folks. New here from Winnipeg Canada.
Getting supplies ready to start home brewing again. I’ve done it once and wifey’s done it years ago.
Got pretty much what we need except for the extract kit.

i wanna do a Molson Canadian style lager but am really wanting to get a clean, crisp pilsner with no bitterness, malty or hoppy taste.
Thats my goal.
I’ll be bottling in Canadian stubby bottles for now until i perfect what I’m looking for which then will be kegged.
So thats the plan.
I have done lots of research but have so many questions!!!

Beer with no bitterness malty or hoppy taste? That sounds a bit like sex in a canoe bud
