My buddy and I have been brewing for about 4 months now. We just did our first all grain batch on Saturday. I'm from a very small Czech community just off of I-35 in Central Texas. I joined another forum about a month ago, but there doesn't seem to be much activity, so I thought I'd try another. I look forward to some good discussion and hope to get some good ideas for new recipes.

If you want the best Kolaches, you have to get off the Interstate. Czech Stop isn't bad, but they are nowhere near the best.

Village Bakery or Gerik's Olde Czech Bakery.

Gerik's is on Oak Street (the main drag in town) on the right hand side (just a couple of blocksoff the access road).

Will do..I get up to the Metroplex every now and again. Are there any good home brew stores in the D/FW area? Right now I order everything from Austin home brew, but if I'm in your neck of the woods, I'd like to check out other stores.
