Hi all, been homebrewing since this last Christmas when I got a starter kit and have been loving it ever since. I've had some excellent beers, including an ESB that my wife said is probably the best beer she has ever tasted (and trust me, we have sampled quite a few). That kind of feedback is what it is all about. :) Of course I've had my fair share of bombs too--I'm thinking that hot fermenting may have been the culprit, but numerous beers ended up with a sickly fruity, almost band-aid flavor. Some went bad in the secondary carboy, others were bad after primary fermentation. Though with each mistake I refine my process and so the beers are improving!

Anyways, love the hobby and just keep wanting to take this further! All grain, a garden of hops, etc...

Welcome. We should set up a swap when we all get a few more batches under our belts.

Welcome to HBT, I don't know about sunny though.

Ditto the sunny part. So far this year, we've have more chance to rust than to tan. The last few weeks have reminded me of the time I spent in the Pacific Northwest. Not that I mind the cool weather, though.

Welcome from Georgia.
All of our rain comes from y'all so I know you're getting your share.
