Not new brewing, but going back into it a lot more seriously this time. Used to brew all kinds of things, not just beer but just about anything (with mixed results LOL). But now I am getting back into brewing beer and making wine, and learning much more about the science involved in the various kinds of beer. This time around I am also setting myself up and focusing a lot on cold brewing lagers and pilsners, so far having a blast.
