Hey Guys! I'm Alex, from Panama. New to the forum, new to brewing, glad to be here. I have helped a good friend a few times who has brewed for quite some time now. Finally decided to give it a try myself, made my first batch last Sunday, all grain - brew in a bag, american amber ale recipe kit from our local homebrew store with a lallemand kveik yeast.
