Hello world!
As most folks, I've been lurking around the forum for a while and finally decided to put a formal intro on here. I rediscovered the hobby of home brewing about 2 years ago after dabbling briefly in it a few years before that. At this point I can't get enough of it, I find it incredibly interesting and love how it has a very supportive, helpful community that goes along with it. I also love hobbies that have "gear" associated with them and I think I've found one that has a seemingly endless supply of useful and not-so-useful things to buy haha.

I'm located in Ontario, Canada just east of Toronto and have scaled up my brewing rig from a pot on the stove to a 3-vessel HERMS in my basement (COVID project):
