Had several reads of the forum over the years and just came across the term "EAC" and was wondering what it meant ha.
I've got quite a bit of experience in distillation and did build a mash tun from an inverted keg, with a false bottom made out of another bottom of a keg cut out as a circle with lots of slits cut into it with a grinder. Works brilliantly and I've not had a stuck sparge on it yet.
I made a few extract kits when I was younger and they were frankly terribly bad but I was thinking to try my hand at AG now I've got the equipment and some of the knowledge.
Not much of a forum contributor by nature tbh but i do like to read, so thanks for all your posts!!
