Hello from Monmouth County, NJ. I started out making red wine kits about 4-5 years ago. I then began making hard lemonade and hard iced tea. When the holiday season comes, I have spiced apple wine that I make and give as gifts. I have about a dozen beer kits under my belt. I've been getting them from Midwest and the local brew store. I recently kegged for the first time after converting my Magic Chef mini fridge to fit a ball lock corny with a picnic tap. Nothing special but it's a start. Now of course I need more kegs!

I was at Fort Monmouth until I retired in '95 and am familiar with that area. Or was. Last time I was visiting my daughter in Seabright, it seemed everything had changed since then. But still a nice area, between the beach and the parks.

I'm a mile from the beach and there are two breweries within 15-20 mins. from here too!
