Hey all!
I've been reading through this forum for a couple of months now and am very impressed by the content and community contribution.
I started home-brew back in 1994, in Salt Lake City, with a LME kit. After finding a 20qt brew pot I made my first batch, and it was great! I quickly made a couple of additional batches without fully appreciating the ingredients, and they did not turn out so well.
A few moves later, I blew in to Wichita, Kansas (dang tornadoes!), and have been working on getting back into homebrew since. I have made a couple of batches since being here, and they've been okay. I upgraded my system to kegs from bottles, and haven't looked back.
My latest purchases have been from members on this forum, and I am looking forward to brewing my first all-grain batch within the next few weeks.
