Hello all! I just wanted to post a thank you to all the people of the forum. I'm on my second batch of homebrew and have found this forum to be priceless when i need a question answered! All i have to do is search and I have always found an answer. My first brew was an irish red ale that tastes like banannas! My second is an american pale ale that is in the primary now. Im keeping those fermentation temps lower this time! Thanks!
