Hi, hello, good evening.
Wanted to stop by and say g'day. New homebrewer, currently mashing brew #5, which is a tiny batch of Common Room ESB in my kitchen in London. Anyway, I realised a couple of things. First, that all the beers that I've brewed so far have come from reading posts on this site, and second, that the whole homebrew thing is getting nicely out of hand for me. So thanks, and hi, and look forward to spending more time here obsessively reading every line of 47 page threads about beers that aren't even for sale in this country. Cheers!
