Hello everyone!
I've been an active and successful homebrewer for two years now (although I've been interested in the hobby for much longer). I love to try new beers from microbreweries and fellow homebrewers and get ideas for my own beers. So far, I've tried my hand at both lagers and ales, big beers, as well the other fermentables - wine, mead, and cider. I've also recently started brewing all grain (and I'll never look back) and am trying my hand at creating my own recipes following the style guidelines. I am itching to step up my game and so decided to join HBT and pick a few brains.
